Speaker Bio – Dr. Michael Earl Saltmarch

Dr. Michael Earl Saltmarch surrendered his life to Christ at the age of 19 at the Church of the Holy Ghost in Joliet, Illinois, under the ministry of the late Bishop Emeritus Charles Telferro. From that pivotal moment, his walk with God has been marked by unwavering faith, passionate preaching, and a lifelong commitment to sound biblical teaching.

For over 20 years, Dr. Saltmarch has faithfully pastored Corpus Christi Faith Church (CCFC), where he has built a strong foundation of Apostolic truth and Christian education. His ministry is defined by teaching the whole counsel of God, equipping believers to live holy, Spirit-filled lives, and preparing the church for the coming of the Lord.

In addition to his pastoral work, Dr. Saltmarch serves as an Adjunct Professor and as an Advisory Board Member of the American Academy of Young Professionals (AAYP)—a private school serving grades 6 through 12 in Birmingham, Alabama—where he mentors and shapes future leaders. He holds a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Theology, graduating with distinction, and is the proud recipient of the prestigious Golden Diploma from Lawson State Community College, honoring him as the most outstanding student to attend the college in the decade of the 1980s.

Beyond his professional and ministerial achievements, Dr. Saltmarch is a devoted family man. He is the proud father of three children—two sons and one daughter—and a joyful grandfather to three beloved grandchildren. His legacy is not only in the pulpit but in the lives he has touched through faith, teaching, mentorship, and love for God’s people.
